Course Structure
  • Classroom Training: 8-hours of instruction covering laws, safety, and concealed carry techniques
  • Live-Fire Range Exercise: 1-hour session required for Nevada CCW
Training & Certification Requirements

To obtain a Nevada CCW permit, applicants must complete a minimum 8-hour state-approved course, including:

  • A 50-question written exam (70% passing score)
  • A live-fire exercise (30 rounds fired at 3/5/7 yards, 70% accuracy required)  

          Our Instructor provide guidance to help you feel confident and prepared throughout the process. 

What to Bring
  • Your firearm of choice (Semi-Auto or Revolver)
  • At least 2 magazines
  • Minimum of 50 rounds of ammunition
  • Eye and ear protection (Rentals are available)
Eligibility Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years old (18 for active-duty military)
  • Must possess a valid state-issued ID, Real ID, or driver’s license
  • If born outside the U.S., an additional form of identification is required (Passport, Naturalization Certificate, Permanent Resident Card, etc.)
Disqualifications

Applicants may be denied a permit if they:

  • Have felony convictions or recent violent misdemeanors (within 3 years)
  • Have DUI convictions (within 5 years)
  • Are currently subject to a restraining order or on parole/probation
  • Have been declared mentally incompetent or admitted to a mental facility (within 5 years)
  • Hold a Medical Marijuana card or were dishonorably discharged from the military
  • Are unlawfully residing in the U.S. or prohibited by state/federal law from possessing a firearm
Important Notes
  • Firearms and live ammunition are NOT permitted in the classroom per NRA/USCCA guidelines
  • Course cost does NOT include state permit application fees
  • Firearm rentals and ammunition are available for an additional fee
  • Private classes: Available by appointment for an additional fee
  • Group classes: Available by appointment for an additional fee may apply
Reservation & Cancellation Policy
  • All reservations are non-refundable

  • With at least 2 days’ notice, reservations can be transferred to a future class within 6 months (excluding private CCW classes)
