REFUND POLICY AND AGREEMENTS
Policies & Agreements
The following policies outline our terms for training, merchandise, returns, and participation in firearms instruction. By registering for a course or making a purchase, you agree to the policies listed below.
Training / Shooting Package Policy
Cancellations
If Condition Zero Tactical, LLC cancels a scheduled course, the full amount is refundable or may be applied toward another course.
Cancellations made 7 days or fewer before the first day of training or a package are non‑refundable.
Cancellations made more than 7 days prior are subject to a minimum $50 fee (or more depending on the class).
Failure to appear or dropping from a course results in a non‑refundable payment.
Once a course has been attended or completed, the payment is non‑refundable.
CCW Class Policy
All CCW reservations are non‑refundable.
With at least 2 days’ notice, reservations may be transferred to a future class within 6 months of the original reservation date.
Private CCW classes are excluded from this transfer policy.
Merchandise Policy
Returns
Merchandise returned after 30 days from the purchase date is non‑refundable.
Merchandise returned within 30 days in resalable condition (unopened/unused) is refundable minus shipping and handling and a 10% restocking fee.
Merchandise that is opened, used, installed, worn, damaged, or not in resalable condition will be non‑refundable.
Certain items cannot be returned once opened. Items that have been worn, used, damaged, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Restocking / Processing Fee
All items are subject to a 10% restocking or processing fee, deducted from the refund amount. Original shipping and handling charges are non‑refundable.
Exchanges
Clothing items in new and unused condition may be exchanged for a different size or color. No restocking fee applies; however, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
How to Return an Item
To qualify for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Steps to Return:

Include a signed letter stating the reason for your return, along with the original receipt.
Firearms Training Agreement
Release, Waiver, Indemnification, Hold Harmless & Assumption of Risk
Participation in firearms training involves inherent risks. By registering for and attending training, the Student agrees to the following terms:
1. Indemnification & Hold Harmless
The Student agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Thomas Marshall and Condition Zero Tactical LLC (including all employees, agents, and assistants) from any and all liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, demands, or lawsuits arising from:
Participation in the course
Future use of instruction received
Discharge of firearms
Presence on or use of the range, buildings, land, or premises
Any acts or omissions of the Student
2. Waiver & Release of Claims
The Student waives and releases all rights, claims, or causes of action against the Instructor related to:
Death, injury, illness, or property damage
Conditions of the premises, including latent defects
Loss, theft, or damage to personal property
Use of ammunition or discharge of firearms
The Instructor shall not be liable for such claims.
3. Assumption of Risk
The Student acknowledges and voluntarily assumes all risks associated with:
Handling and operating firearms
Discharge of firearms
Use of live ammunition
Activities conducted on the premises
The Student agrees to follow all safety rules and instructions at all times.
4. Scope & Enforceability
This Agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by law.
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
All remedies available to the Instructor are cumulative.
This Agreement is binding upon the Student and their executors, representatives, administrators, assignees, heirs, and next of kin.
5. Student Certification
By registering, paying for, and attending training, the Student certifies that:
They have no legal or physical restrictions preventing safe participation
They are not prohibited under federal or state law from possessing a firearm
They understand and accept all risks and terms outlined in this Agreement
