PILB Armed Security Requalification

$40.00 + $5.00 PILB fee / Person             Duration/1 hr

Semi‑Annual Firearm Qualification • Required Every 6 Months

 

Armed Security Officers in Nevada must complete a PILB‑approved requalification course of fire every six months to maintain their armed status.

 

A signed VEAS Form (PILB Form 015) from your employer is required for all Requalification.

Course Structure

Condition Zero Tactical’s certified CFIs are authorized to administer requalification shooting tests.

The qualification itself typically takes under 15 minutes once you are on the firing line.

  • Live-Fire Range Exercise

Items to Bring

  • VEAS Form (Verification of Employment as Armed Security – Form 015)

  • Firearm (type & caliber authorized by your employer)

  • 3 magazines (for semi‑auto)

  • 2 speed loaders (for revolvers)

  • Duty belt

  • Ammunition:

    • 30 rounds minimum

    • Bring 100 rounds recommended (in case a second attempt is needed)

  • Eye & ear protection

  • Range‑appropriate attire: high‑collar shirt, closed‑toe shoes

  • Must possess a valid State-issued ID, Real ID, or driver’s license. 

Additional Notes

  • You must be currently employed and sponsored by a licensed security company.

  • Bring only the firearm and caliber approved by your employer.

  • Late arrivals may need to be rescheduled depending on range flow.

Attendance & Refund Policy
  • This is a Pass/Fail course

  • All fees are NON‑REFUNDABLE

  • Failure to attend either day = forfeited payment

  • Late arrivals are not permitted

Important Notes

  • Firearms and live ammunition are NOT permitted in the classroom 
  • Course cost does NOT include Processing Fee to the NV PILB
  • Firearm rentals and ammunition are available for an additional fee
